1.
Fully market the property in the West Essex Property
Mart, on our property listing available at our offices,
on rightmove.co.uk and find property.com
2.
Fully reference the tenant (and guarantor if/when necessary)
to gain the Rent Guarantee Certificate (details available
upon request)
3.
Arrange for tenants to take up residence and also arrange
for vacation of the premises at the end of the let
4.
Full inventory checks upon occupation / vacation (where/when
required)
5.
Confirm the electricity, gas board, water company and
local council have been informed of the new occupier,
however legally this must still be confirmed by the
landlord and tenant
6.
Collection of monthly rent and crediting direct to yourselves,
or your bank on a monthly basis
7.
Inspect the property on a regular basis and send a letter
of confirmation to the landlord
8.
Advise the landlord of any necessary repairs prior to
instructing the work to be carried out.
9.
Where the property is to be re-let following the end
of a tenancy we shall endeavour to have a new tenant
moving into the property as the old tenant vacate. |
