  5. Take and advise tenants of meter readings and contact details of suppliers
  6. Collection of monthly rent and crediting direct to yourselves, or your bank on a monthly basis
  7. Inspect the property on a regular basis and send a letter of confirmation to the landlord
  8. Advise the landlord of any necessary repairs prior to instructing the work to be carried out
  9. Where the property is to be re-let following the end of a tenancy we shall endeavour to have a new tenant moving into the property as the old tenants vacate
